Two new Philippine species of the genus Pachyrhynchus Germar are described from the Cagayan Valley region in northeastern Luzon: P. niisatoi sp. nov. (Provinces of Aurora and Quirino) and P. septentrionalis sp. nov. (Province of Cagayan). A diagnosis, habitus photographs, and illustrations of male genitalia are provided for each species.
